Why this Blog

Scheduling drives the complete activity of the plant/ company. It helps you to take many important decisions which affects customer satisfaction. Usually this activity is handled by an experienced and key person on the shop floor.

Companies having ERPs / MRPs are not really equipped with information on scheduling. In most of the cases this activity is carried out manually or with the help of some basic tools developed in-house or using Microsoft Excel sheets.

This generates a lot of limitations on the results of scheduling and thus directly affects customer satisfaction for the company.

Incoplan - An advance production scheduling software helps to generate schedule based on the inputs of ERP.
